These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the KatakWin platform. By registering an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

KatakWin is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Registering under a false age is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
All promotional bonuses — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and cashback — are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before any withdrawal can be processed. Full conditions are set out in Section 7.
Each player may hold only one registered account on KatakWin. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances forfeited, regardless of whether separate payment methods were used.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and KatakWin ("KatakWin", "the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://katakwin.cam ("the Website").

To register and maintain an Account on KatakWin, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
KatakWin takes underage gambling seriously. Any person found to have registered using a false date of birth will have their Account immediately closed, all funds forfeited, and the matter referred to the relevant authorities where required.
Each Player may maintain only one (1) registered Account on KatakWin. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all associated Balances.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if circumstances change. KatakWin reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any account information at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. KatakWin will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
In the event of suspected unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify KatakWin's support team immediately via live chat or by email at [email protected]. KatakWin may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation.
KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed. This is a one-time process that requires a valid Malaysian IC (front and back) or passport. Accounts that cannot be verified may have withdrawal access suspended.
KatakWin accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX bank transfer, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and major credit and debit cards. Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB (BNB Smart Chain).
The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player tier. All deposits are denominated and processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing market rate at the time of confirmation.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering control. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Processing times are as follows: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost) — typically 5 to 30 minutes; FPX bank transfer — typically 1 to 3 hours; cryptocurrency — typically 10 to 60 minutes depending on network conditions.
KatakWin does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawal channels. Third-party fees imposed by payment processors are outside KatakWin's control. Players are responsible for any applicable currency conversion fees imposed by their bank or e-wallet provider.
KatakWin reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, security review, or confirmation that all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
All bets placed on KatakWin are final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all bet details — including match selection, market, stake, and odds — prior to confirming any wager. KatakWin will not void or amend bets due to Player error unless a manifest system error is identified.
In the event of a manifest error (including but not limited to incorrect odds, obvious pricing errors, or technical malfunctions), KatakWin reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the Player's Account. KatakWin's determination of whether a manifest error has occurred is final.
Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA competitions, UFC events, and other markets — are subject to individual event-specific rules. Match postponements, abandonments, and walkovers are governed by standard international betting rules as published on the Website.
For live casino games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo), the rules of each game as displayed within the game interface shall prevail. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session, KatakWin's server records shall be used to determine game outcomes.
All RNG-based slot and table games use certified random number generation. Game RTPs (Return to Player percentages) are as published within the individual game information panels.
KatakWin offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, referral bonuses, cryptocurrency deposit bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:
Bonus funds and Real Money Funds are held separately in your Account. Real Money Funds are wagered first. Bonus funds become available for wagering only after Real Money Funds in the relevant session have been exhausted, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on KatakWin and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
KatakWin employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates with payment processors, financial institutions, and relevant authorities in identifying and acting upon prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the above will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Balances, and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
KatakWin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, KatakWin reserves the right to forfeit all Balances (Real Money and Bonus). Where an Account is closed at KatakWin's discretion for reasons not attributable to Player breach, Real Money Funds (net of any applicable processing fees) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting KatakWin's support team. Requests for self-exclusion are handled through the Responsible Gambling tools and are subject to the terms of our Responsible Gambling Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KatakWin, its officers, directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or the Services, including but not limited to:
KatakWin's total aggregate liability to any Player, in respect of any single claim or series of related claims, shall not exceed the amount of Real Money Funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.
